Two buildings at Carlingford West Public School have been successfully handed over early, ensuring that students and teachers can start Term 3 in their new learning spaces.

Two buildings at Carlingford West Public School have been successfully handed over early, ensuring that students and teachers can start Term 3 in their new learning spaces.

Buildings W and X were delivered ahead of the school’s expectations, with the project team working in conjunction with key stakeholders to accelerate delivery of the new learning spaces while working within the operational school grounds.

Forming part of the broader Cumberland High School & Carlingford West Public School project, the two new buildings consist of General Learning Space Hubs, multipurpose learning spaces, a library, staff and administration spaces, amenities and landscaping works.

The project team are now focused on delivering Building Y and the new hall in the coming months, with works progressing on site.
