Tamara is a values-driven executive leader in safety with over 25 years’ experience across the building, infrastructure, tunnelling, rail, civil construction, mining, and services sectors. She has held both operational and executive roles with leading contractors, driving transformational cultural change and industry-leading safety outcomes.

A passionate advocate for women in construction, Tamara mentors emerging leaders and champions industry initiatives, including NAWIC’s Lunch with a Leader series. Known for her hands-on, relationship-based approach, she has a proven track record in developing leaders, implementing robust risk management systems, and embedding psychological safety practices across major projects and organisations.
